What do you have to do to or buy or hook up on a 05 automatic to keep to converter locked while using a exaust brake? Suncoast, TS Performance offer lock up controllers but they both say that they don't work or work poorly on this truck.
Go to pacbrakes web sight... they list a kit that includes all the parts in one box that interfaces with your ECM on the engine and transmission's computer... very seamless when installed and they list the installation manual on the web sight as well... .
Hope this helps... . BTW won't effect your trucks warranty. .
Easy for -YOU- to say it won't effect your truck's warranty!

YOU won't be the one taking the truck back to a D/C dealer.

Now if you'll tell me that -Pac Brake (not D/C)- will warranty my
transmission, I'll jump right in line for a Pac.

I have been the warranty manager for Pacbrake for a little over 12years I have yet to see a failure of the transmission on a Dodge that has the lock-up kit installed. yes some dealers are sticky but once they see how everything works and interfaces and look into the history of known transmission issues they do the right thing and cover the warranty. Pacbrakes warranty policy clearly states that we cover progressive damage as a peace of mind to all our customers
