Man I got a good talking to:(

VW Passat TDI ?

Look! Coil Springs :) seems to be a company that waits for another company to do something for two or three years then they do it themselves, wonder who that could be? :D

Will24, actually I had a 76 ford 4x4 it had coil springs and that thing was the nicest riding ford I have ever owned.

Actually, the interior is classic Ford. Doesn't look like the new Dodges. I prefer the Dodge interior over this, just looks too bland. Like the gap between the steering column and the kick panel. Even being a pre-production unit, looks like it was overlooked.

OH noh ... . it's the '05 Diegasl Nowajoke engine.

I took a few shots a couple years ago at the TONKA concept. The concept back then had coils up front. The setup looks close to the same if memory serves me right. The thing I can honestly say is Ford back in the day (pre anything model year 1996) had some of the nicest fit and finish of the interiors across their product line. Now the F seirs suffers from a major lack and it's a shame. My buddy just bought a Brandy shiny new F 250 and the interior alltho comfy has alot of "Ehhh we'll just leave it like that" kinda look. Their Frame / suspension has come a looong way and now looks to take a step tward the better (As long as a D/C suspension engineer does not come within 900 miles of the Ford Plant that is)

They'll keep building them that way until the supply runs out (procured a couple million of them in 1996)

i like the look of the dodge better [inside and out] and i do like that ford is finally going to coils up front [die hard ford fans won't like that, will be too much like dodge then :-laf]

what is that little gauge under the tach?

Apparently from what other people have been saying on the site I took this from it's a factory boost gauge which is cool. Hopefully Dodge will start offering it too:cool:

One word: bland.

Bland interior.

Bland exterior (too much like current SD's).

Bland interior (so bland it bears repeating!).

If that is a boost gauge its cool, but whos boost stops at 30#?:D

It does look like they are copying the Ram exterior.

took another look at the pic and i think i can make out turbo psi on that little gauge. but is that last number 30 or 40? the scale reading 0-20-40 makes sense, but 0-20-30 doesn't. and it isn't full sweep. i much perfer full sweep gauges to the 90° ones [but if i put oil temp gauge on my truck, that's what it will get :(]

Why can't you get a 270 degree oil temp gauge?

i don't want a mechanical gauge for that, and electric full sweep electrics don't exist in the autometer ultralite series [and if they are priced like the fullsweep electric pressure gauges, they are too much $$$$$
