05 trucks change?

is there gonna be any change on the o5s compared to the 04s i can get a good deal on a 04. i am wondering if it would be better to wait on the 05s or just buy a 04 the dealer does not know what the difference just the price about a 1000. 00or so. they say they will be getting the 05s anyday now. i want 1 2004 600 diesel auto 4x4 longbox 3. 73 gears dark red in color. slt package its about $38000. oo or so. does this sound right?or is this too much for a remaining 04?thanks for your replys.
