As you apply the throttle, let of the brake just a wee little bit - this will get the rear tires spinning. Then apply brake as needed to keep vehicle at a stand still and contine to mash throttle pedal to the floor. Works best when the truck is up to operating temp.
Now that I have told you the trick - If you have an automatic trans try not to do it, the cummins has so much torque that it can snap a tranmission input shaft in a heartbeat.
