06/2004 ecu/ecm. Wiring issues????

I inherited an 2004 3500 dually 4x4 auto Laramie. Before I got the truck.
My brother was having problems. With it stuttering on Acceleration and also when slowing down
It has sat for the last 11/2 yrs. I put new batteries in and scanned it before even trying to start
It threw 2769 torque converter circuit low. And 2509 ECM/PCM Power Input Intermittent
Started right up idle fine for about 10 mins Then sputtered and died. Got it started after a few cranks
Ran about 5 mins then died. And now it just spins over.
Any help on where to start. I’m thinking wiring issues.

May want to check for rodents munching on wiring. Clean up all ground lugs going to the body.
