06 5.9 149k knocking

06 5.9l 24v with 149k on it.
No codes, No check engine lights, 187 degrees, No smoke, no blow by, injectors all contributing, idles(purrs) just fine. After about 110 miles at 70 starts knocking on acceleration/incline but when just maintaining speed on level or downhill runs just fine. Got worse so had towed. HELP

If it is a fuel knock time to replace injectors. You might try and injector cleaning then an aggressive additive regimen to see if it is just buildup of gunk or mechanical failure.
