probably dealer will be best bet ... if you dont mind me asking why do you need rebuild parts for an 06

Cummins is the best source IMO, give them the eng serial number and they will send you the exact correct part and I've always found them to be less $. A dealer will just go by your vin No. which isnt all that accurate for internal eng parts.

Besides, where do you think the dealer buys them
