Competition 06 F-350 Vs 02 3500???

I am supposed to race an 06 F-350 dually 6. 0 with AFE intake, exhaust, and a Super Chips tuner.



I have gone 15. 013 in the quarter, and normally run about 15. 2 do I have a good chance to win?? Maybe it will break down and I win by default :-laf



Kind of a pointless post, but I keep wondering if I even have a chance

I have a friend with an 05 powerstroke with an SCT program intake and exhaust that put 499HP down on a friction dyno, they make big numbers. I have alot more done to my 01 2500 and cant touch him.

Unless he is spraying, has sticks, or the dyno guy was using a retarded correction factor, you buddy is only making about 420 on the SCT alone... . I know os several guys with some of the wildest custom tunes, and they all dyno from about 415-420... . Now add sticks and spray and you are looking at about 630 or so... . Only problem is that the 6. 0 really needs headstuds for anything more than an sct

I dont know what he is doing but he is getting custom one off tunes from SCT for sledpulling. When he hits the water meth and nitrous it hits about 600HP

An SCT-tuned 6. 0 with an exhaust and intake made 400 HP and I believe somewhere in the 700's fot TQ, at about 1200" for elevation.

Maybe turnin like 5000rpm?
