Well, Im just having issues filling the truck up at the pumps. When I put the pump on the highest notch, the pump runs for a second and then it comes flyin up out of the filler neck and shuts the pump off. I usually have a good cup or two of diesel down the side of the truck. I have a RDS 90gal tank plumbed into the vent hose and the fuel vent mod. Any ideas whats going on?? The pump says its only pumping 7gal/min which is pretty quick but its no big rig pump.

Fillup issue!

Put one of those vent kits in your tank that is sold here by a tdr member. I installed one on my 06 3500--what a difference--no more spilled fuel dwn the side of the truck.

I have it already

I have an 06 as well, although mine is bone stock. . I have filled up 15+ times and not had an issue. Filled up 3-4 times on high flow Semi nozzles too. .

I never had a problem before either till just recently. I actually didnt have a problem for the first few fillups with the 95gal, just recently

The 95 gal just 'T's into the 3/4" vent line. .

Although I've never seen it personally, I've heard that there is some kind of check screen or device in there to keep fuel from being siphoned out of the tank through the fill neck. If there is such a device, I would suspect that yours isn't working correctly. If it's a screen, a leave or piece of paper could prevent the fuel from flowing into the tank full blast and would cause the backsplash you describe.

Has anyone tried to snake a smaller hose down the fill neck?

I always pump on the lowest setting. Less foam.

Well, that answers his question...

Most likely the vent is not working properly. A quick glance under the truck will show you if a line has become creased.
