06 lack of power to trailer

all running lights,stop and turn light, hazard work on trailer.



I have no power (to charge the trailer battery) coming out of the factory trailer plug,

i had a test light and get power at all terminals except the power spade.



I checked all fuses/ and fuses #13,14,15 are good yet have no power running through them while truck is running.



Any ideas to the fix?

I hope i don't have to have the tipm reset. .

I did a bunch of googling but didn't find any definitive answer as to whether the TIPM controls the charge circuit but more than likely, it does. I did find out Chrysler uses that POS on all its products.
Maybe Sag2 will chime in here when he gets a chance.

the one and only time i had to have it reset, i believe the reverse lights stopped working with no trailer.

The PCM power control module may need to be reset . This has to be done by the dealer.
