06 Mega Headlight adjustment

Is there anyway to adjust the height of these headlights. I found the adjustment for the side to side, but I don't think there's an up and down. My truck has a 6" lift with 37's. I'm sick of being high beamed all the time. Please help.

The adjustment that is there is actually the up and down. I had the same problem and turning them adjusts the height.
