06 Mega with bad front wheel bearings at 66K

I have two brand new Timkens waiting to be installed. Do you advise adding grease before install? If yes, what grease do you recommend? TIA, Chad

when mine went- the truck jumped sideways at 60mph (about 4 foot, till i compensated the wheel to to keep it straight). it scarred the hell out of me. it immediately made a a grinding/rubbing noise. that bearing went with no notice. but i do have a huge bumper, and winch.

The sealed hubs lasted to around 215k miles each on both of my previous Rams. I never did a single thing to them. None of them ever "failed", they simply got a little loose, loose enough to detect when each wheel was jacked up and checked for excess side to side play.
