Archived 06 no power steering

06 with 37k power steering just stopped working.

Fluid full. No leaks.

What to do 1st?

I assume box or pump is bad

Checked stabilizer and its not siezed.
Brakes work so i assume pump is pumping as they work off the same pump as the steering box.
So i would guess it has to be the box?
Flushed fluid 2-3 times and its still yukky grey and nasty.
Nothing like the nice red atf 4 im pouring in?
