Hello everyone new to the slight just wanted to say high first of all,but my question is does anyone know if anyone makes a box for the 06's yet?If so which one do you all recomend?any input is greatly appreciated

I just got an EZ for my 06 - nice kick in the pants. It'll hold me over until I can get the transmission done. It's still a far cry from the truck in my sig - that setup wasn't as responsive as the new truck with the small turbo, but it had a wicked top end.

TST PMCR is about the only one I know of for heavier fueling, the Edge Juice isnt ready yet due to the new factory injector wiring.

I dont know about programmers yet but like stated above the Edge EZ's will work.

I'm pretty sure that Bullydog has a downloader available. The EZ is good for a nice small gain. TST is you are wanting all out power.

Quadzilla XZT

Quadzilla Xzillaraider (must get newly made '05 box as it is compatible with '06 now according to qzilla)

Edge EZ

Bullydog Triple Dog

All available for '06 Cummins.

Thanks for asking the question I was going to ask Rattlbox. I was talking to a local shop about the Bullydog Triple Dog with Outlook just yesterday. It seems that Bullydog will allow you a trial (3 days according to the shop I was talking to) run with this downloader.

Is anyone actually running this component? I have a stock '06 6 speed. Will probably not move on something like this right away, but if anyone has had any experience it sounds like there are just more than my willing ears out here listening.

Thanks,

Scott.

I ran the Quad XZT first.

Now I'm running the Triple Dog on Performance Level (90hp).

I tried running the Quad & the Triple Dog on the Tow level (50hp or so), but it was too much for my transmission. Slipped like crazy.

So now I'm just doing the Triple Dog.

Very much worth the money, and it has a lot of extra options for the '06 to program stuff... lights, seatbelt ding, foglights, etc.

Jonathan,

Did you install the Outlook component as well or do you have other guages; boost, pyro, etc? I'm assuming since you said your transmission "slipped" you're running an auto. I didn't see your rig spec's anywhere. What is your viewpoint on how DC or Cummins views this assuming your truck is still under warranty. I have 3000 miles on my truck so far and will likely wait a little bit longer prior to doing anything like this. This is my 3rd Dodge and my fartherest trek into performance enhancements on any of the trucks has been a high flow air filter so I obviously have a long ways and a lot of listening and learning to go.

Thanks for your opinion.

Scott.
