06 Power add on?

Got stacks on the way and looking to put intake on my 2006 CTD.

This is a work truck/personal vehicle. So I do need to be able to adjust the power level in the cab for towing conditions. What power add on mod will give me the best bang for the buck ? Im fresh off a 04 6. 0 ltr ford that I sold and on that vehicle I had a edge with attitude monitor.



Not to familiar with the cummins products on the market but I would like something that gives 100+HP and equivelent in TQ.

Not sure if the 05 edge with attitude will work on your truck but I have a extra one laying on my bench.

Is the TST CR powermaxes plug and play or is there cutting of wires to be done? (besides pyro meter etc. )



It mentioned something about needing transmission upgrades?? and fuel pump upgrades?

The TST is plug and Play... no wire cutting. The transmission udgrades and fuel pump upgrades are necessary if you plan on using the 9/9 setting on a regular basis. If you are smart about the use you can get away without doing much. The trucks have big exhaust systems on them already. Save the 9/9 abuse for the freeway after the shifting is over. Any of the power enhancers that offer over 100HP/250lbft need to be respected regardless of what their literature says you need or don't need. Make sure you install gauges if you do not use theirs and be smart about it.



I run the Edge Product listed below. I had an 03 Cummins with the TST and it threw codes on a daily basis... . I am sure that has all been fixed by now.
