Are those stationary measurements or are they at speed?

I just finished soundproofing a friends Honda element. It really is a tin box. It was noisy enough that he could not listen to the radio a 75 mph on a rough section of highway. We spent 412. 0$ on Dynomat extreme and a couple rolls of 1/4" foam also from Dynomat.

It made a 5 DB difference. It's the same level now as a stock Chevy Avalanche. he is very happy. It was a lot of labor though. The Honda does not have the quality interior fasteners of the Dodge. I broke a lot of clips.

I just saw a "How it's made" show where they were assembling Rolls Royces. They use a Dynomat style product on all surfaces.

All the measurements were taken stationary, in my driveway. I have the high idle feature enabled with Smarty, and so I set the rpm to the desired value.

I can possibly get the meter back, and do some on-road measurements. However, I would guess mine may be 3 - 6 dB higher than yours do to the straight pipe exhaust and 37" M/T tires. I may try to do that if I can...
