I have a friend with an 07 2500 quad cab 4 wheel drive. Last week on the way to the Mopar nats he was having bad shake at every bump in the road. (He was scared to death by the time we got there). We found a dealer north of columbus that had recall parts for his truck so we dropped it off, and they fixed him right up. They replaced the drag link part # 52122362AB and damper # 52122370AA. This was done under warranty. He said the truck drives great now. He was towing his 69 GTX during this ordeal. Hope these part #'s help. Randy( it might have been the track bar they replaced, but he told me drag link)

Is this a recall/warranty item my 2006 2500 fwd is doing the same shimmy thing on bumps i have 2000 miles left on warranty also had 2 inch lift put on wonder if that voids anything

This was taken care of as a warranty issue on my friends truck. He had less than 36k on the truck. He has a 2 inch leveling kit on his truck, but they did not give him a problem with it. Randy

Leveling kit should have no appreciable effect. It's kind of a recall thing, but they are only doing it if you're vehicle is displaying the symptoms. Get it done before you're warranty is up or you'll have to pay for it like me.

Just installed the "kit on my 2005, seems to help. Still a bit tender with the Moog greasable ball joints I installed last month. I'm starting to think I need a track bar. Though I've checked it and it seems tight... . Any thoughts? Camber is 1/4 degree pos on drivers side 1/2 degree on pass side. caster is about 6. 5 degrees pos, I can't remove any more caster. adjustments maxed out.

Not a recall thing just the part # for tie rod ends have been superceded to the pkg. If the tie rod ends or draglink would be covered than the new pkg will be covered
