Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 0743 and 1765 and no start ?????

got on it hard hit lock-up and backed out of it quick and the truck stalled and won't re-start and i got codes 0743 and 1765 i dont have my code book with me, anyone know what the codes are??

P0743 (M) Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid/

Trans Relay Circuits

An open or shorted condition detected in the torque

converter part throttle unlock solenoid control circuit (3 or

4-speed auto. trans. only).



P1765 (M) Trans 12 Volt Supply Relay CTRL

Circuit

An open or shorted condition is detected in the

Transmission Relay control circuit. This relay supplies

power to the TCC
