08 No Start with Codes

My friends 2008 6.7 3500 auto all stock with 260,000 miles won't start. Cranks over just fine but won't fire. The shop she took it to swapped the CP3 with another used CP3 with no change (not a diesel shop either, just a gasser shop she takes her mustang to). It has great fuel flow to the CP3 and fuel at the rail return but not much pressure. The codes I pulled out are, 251, 480, 700, 1011 & 2122. Would a bad TPS cause it to not start? All grounds and battery terminals are tight and clean.

Are you sure on those codes? How did you pull them as they do not look like normal codes.

I pulled them using the key on-off method. I had forgotten my scanner that day and the truck is an hour away.
