My poor little brain is just a spinning and I have a BIG issue with any Vendor dictating what I CAN do to my property. Bad enough, here in the cold North, the Big 3 have been boning us for years on the cost of vehicles and deny us more adventuresome folks a warranty on our purchases. Now they are trying to lock down the ECM??? Sorry folks as far as I am concerned... You need get my permission to do that! Since I have NO warranty, I'll do what I want, and live with the consequences. But don't tell what I can or can't do!!
