1-2 transmission hunt!

I installed a gm pressure solenoid conversion kit today, and it made a world of difference on my in-town driving, did not have any hunting of shifts between my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts during light throttle driving. Just my two cents for anybody trying to find a fix for this problem.

Where did you get this and how much did it cost? I believe I have seen some on line but can't remember where exactly.

Suncoast offers one for $140, i purchased mine locally in houston from transtar transmission parts dealer for $188 just b/c i could get same day.

GM solenoid version can be had here. Search the page for #REC. Sure there are other places that carry them also.
