I have been planing on getting new replacement springs to level the truck... . but from what I gather they are 2 1/2"... I dislike trucks looking like they are dragging their butt! so this morning I got up the gumption to tackle the job!

I took everything loose and jacked the front and looked it over and made many trips out back to Dads many goodie piles, did much figuring and came up with a fairly simple design, cut stuff and welded them up and painted them and installed them! :) made them 1 3/4 so I would have a 1/4 still higher in the back.

truck looks much better now:D

I tried!

I tried to post a pic but I couldnt get it to work... . are we not allowed to insert directly into a message again? I know we used to be able to do that... guess I will put pics in readers rigs.

I made it to set on the axle under the spring, it sets in the same cradle thingy that the spring sets in and then the spring goes over the smaller part and sets on the shoulder. will take some pics of it on the truck.
