Just curious how much a truck improves in the 1/4 mile after it has twenty or thirty thousand miles on it compared to two or three thouasand?My truck has 2500 miles on it and it is running 13. 47@106. 1 on a g-tech.

I think you seat at around 12,000 to 15,000 mile (mileage improves)



My motor had a couple of hours on it when ran at NHRDA race March 5th, I'm wondering if it will improve after I get more time on it.

What turbo you running J. Davy?

Well It would be nice to gain a half second or so after 1500 miles but that's probably wishful thinking. However I did read a blurb in car and driver where they tested a 2003 chevy ss new and then after 40000 miles and it was about a second faster. Kevin, I have been running the stock turbo up untill today. Now I have a pro-52 on.
