Some of the price discrepancy we are seeing is due to state taxes. On page 93 of TDR issue 40, there is a price breakdown regarding the amount of state tax. It ranges between 11. 5 and 31. 2 cents per gallon. This does not include federal or any city and county taxes. KL

Gas is still about $1. 70. It's almost as cheap to drive my truck as my wife's Saturn.
