Okay, I have a constant 380 code. I have constant power to the #1 intake heater relay. I have smoked a couple of relays already. Does anyone have an educated guess as to what the culprit could be?

Next question, the fan for the heater/air conditioning only works on high. I am told that the switch on the dash is not the cause. There is a reistat relay somewhere under the dash. Is this correct if so, where is it located?

I appreciate al the help to resolve these two issues.

The small wire going to the heater relay might be shorted to power causing the relay to stay on. As far the blower motor it needs the blower resistor which is located on the bottom of the heater box on the passenger side and held in by 2 screws. Easy to replace.

Thanks, I got the new blower resistor, maybe I can get it put on today... Hopefully, I can troubleshoot the wiring Saturday.

If everything checks out OK with the wiring, then unfortunately the ECM (which controls the intake heater relays) is suspect.

A wiring diagram is attached... hopefully it'll help.
