1 pc. rear driveshaft for an '03 QC LB

Does any one know of a good source for a 1 piece rear driveshaft for a Quadcab longbed? I have a vibration and a siezing intermediate slipyoke. I am tired of the dealing with this crappy setup I currently have! Is it even possible to make a 1 pc. shaft 77. 5" long?

How long will the shaft be? The maxium lenght is 72 inches. Anything longer has a risk of bend at high speeds.

77. 5" from the flange to the dust seal on the T-case. I heard the 72" max also but I also heard there are different materials that can be used to make a longer shaft(like aluminum or carbon fiber)

My driveshaft guys will not make a shaft longer then 72", regardless of what you use for material. Tried on both of my current trucks.

I believe at least some of the Dmax quad cabs have 1 pc aluminum drive lines, I imagine they are longer than 72"?

he did my double cardan driveshaft and it's great. i asked about a one-piece when i got it, but he wanted to stay with the two-piece. i didn't pursue it too much.

the new '07. 5s have a 1 piece drive line... . looks like the gm units.
