1 piece driveshaft?

I'm in Michigan near grand rapids. my carrier bearing keeps failing so I want a 1 piece drive shaft. oe driveshaft??? whats that? I need the rear driveshaft but 1 piece from transfer case to axel... 05 dodge 3500 4x4 long bed 4 door...

OE is original equipment, Dodge has a part number for a 1 piece DS for your truck. A lot of later trucks came with the 1 piece that will work. I have one I might be persuaded to part with if we can agree of remuneration. Let's take that discussion to private messaging.

Get a driveshaft off of a mega cab, that' what I did.

Mega cab and quad cab are the same frame and drive train, a one piece of of either will work. Just not that many around as they never came with them from the factory.

my 08 mega came with a 1 piece from factory.

Not all of them, and, that is not the same year and drive train. Number is different from 48RE to 68RFE and I believe the shaft is different length. It might work, just not as designed.

05 3500 dually, 5.9 4dr, installed aluminum single from driveshaftspecialists out of Texas. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Constantly fixing center bearings sucks.

just called these guys and gave them the measurements. looking about 2 weeks. hope my truck lasts that long
