I'm helping a close friend upgrade his 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4Door.
We are installing a 3. 5" lift, 37" Toyo M/Ts, and front and rear Warn bumpers.
What I'm looking for is advice on what programmer to use. We have 2 main objectives:
1. Re-calibrate speedo for tire height.
2. Turn off torque management / traction control.
What running around his house, if you hit a steep dirt hill and floor it, the computer backs off the power as soon as the tires start to spin. It really makes it feel gutless. Secondary benefits of a programmer might include a little extra power or manual control over the lockers, but the two listed above are mandatory. I know you can get a gas pedal assembly that helps with the tq mgmt, but since we are already using a programmer to set the tire height, I was hoping to get both in one unit.
