Which #10 are you talking about. I have read alot of post where you are using a # 10 with a stock auto. Is it the #10 with 200/550 or the one with 330/750. I need to get a plate & GSK, i have money thats burning a hole in my pocket. See sig below.
We are talking about the #10 TST plate and 3K springs, in my mind the number chart is only a guide or visual reference. I did a 98' auto with this setup maxed out (plate 3/4+ forward) and it made 285/697, now keep in mind that the way the plate is designed you can back it off and make it very tame, the #10's fuel curve allows it to come in a little higher in the RPM band saving the stock auto till the transmission pump speed it up. Call Piers for the plate and springs, you won't be disappointed.
Thanks for the info Jim. Just got threw talking to Mark at Piers, he recomended the same setup, #10 & 3000 gsk. Got it on order should be here in a weekOo.
Moved my AFC about 3 turnes, hard to belive it made that much differance. It's going to be a long week
Sweet, Piers is the one that turned me onto that setup and I believe it has to be the best idea yet, if I had my way I'd never buy another plate, if you can get the timing bumped to 15-16, with that pump, the small pump like a bit more timing on the topend.
