The October edition of Four Wheeler came in the mail the other day.
On pg 46 there is a Top Truck contender that has a 24V with "modified 12V Bosch mech fuel pump and a pair of Holset turbos. "
The guy claims 150psi max boost normally regulated by him down to 50psi and that that it makes
1022/3400!!
Can this motor make 3400ftlbs?? How could you ever control EGTs?
All this is in a 4x4 Suburban that has to compete in Top Truck which involves all kinds of offroading including hill climbs, obstical course, several rock crawling events and mudding.
BTW - transmission is a "NV5600 w/ billet input/output shafts and an Enterprise triple disk clutch. "
