10th Wedding Anniversary Ideas?

My wife and I will have been married 10 years next week. (6/20) Any creative ideas for a gift? If she were into jewelry it might be easy.



For Christmas, I told the local florist to deliver a fresh arangement every other Monday to her office.



I'm leaving town that morning (probably the BEST gift ) so it needs to be easy. I'll atleast be able to show her this thread as proof I tried, right?

Make reservations for the following weekend at a hotel out of town, with champagne, rose on the pillow, and put the reservation/itinerary in a box of expensive chocolates and give them to her shortly before you leave.



She will open the choc. and find the itinerary for the weekend and have something to look forward to.



Then when you have her out of town, treat her like a princess and give her the real gift over a romantic dinner, some small gift of something that really interests her, not just something you picked up... what are her main interests and hobbies, or something she is always saying, i wish I had one of those... ...

OK... . since it IS a 10 year anniversary, I guess we could hit up the local Exxon and get a box of Chicken! (for those that havent been to Texas, most small town gas stations sell food) In my wife's home town, that's about as good as you are going to get for eating out

10th...I'm looking t 25!!

My wife and I went to Catalina Island for three days for our tenth. We got us a little cozy place with a fridge, took a few bottles of our favorite wine, And well you know We flew over to the island from Long Beach in a WW2 era sea plane. That was neat. We ate sea food until we were sick of it, rented these Austin Mini Mokes(one lost its brakes) and went for a cruise on a glass bottom boat. This October is our 25th, We hope tp go to Hawaii for a week and stay at a Villa that a friend of mine owns on Kona. Hey, thats what they make credit cards for:{ Hey Bighammer, what ever you do, I hope you and your wife have a good time and tell her you LOVE her at least once! Maybe then you will get a littleOo. MMMMMM, Spam jelly on toast!



I'll take her to 7-11 (after WailMart) and tell her "Get whatever you want, lunch is on me. " Then I'll fill the cupboards with Spam and Hormel Potted Meat. (so we don't have to go out for a while)
