Anyone ever here of a block with the # 11K7 or 11X7 on a 1998 12v truck?

Where (on the block) are you pulling that casting number from?

Well... ... I am not pulling it. I am looking at a truck that is out of state, the owner gave me this #. I have never heard of this #. I told him where to look and he swears this is the number on the engine block exactly where I told him it should be.
