11 volt parastitic draw ?

Guys now, I have an 11 volt draw/short on my electrical system. after pulling all the fuses unhooking everything, AND ITS ALOT IN A TOOL TRUCK. iT IS MT STARTER OF ALL THINGS PULLINT THE 11 VOLTS? Weird?

What do you mean by 11 volt draw? How are you measuring that? I doubt it would be the starter. Should be no connection past the post on the starter solenoid until you activate the starter.

How are you measuring that? Draw is usually in amps, not volts.

You are correct, Part of it us my high dollar kenwood car stereo. I also have fosgate thousande watts per channell going to four six by nines and two 15 inch woofers. All monster wire installed under the shelves ported in my tool truck! I run 7 batteries so electral problems suck. Electronic train horn contoller 3 volts, ill measure the amps here in a sec.

Draw must be checked in series with an ammeter or at least a test light.Voltage can be measured even when there is no draw
