Greetings all, Well I just crested 4000K on my 1st gen and though its still running strong I find myself thinking about up-grading to a 2nd gen 12 valve. I know this means I get to figure out how to shoe-horn an intercooler set-up into this toy of mine but nobody has been able to tell me if there are any other subtle differences like comp. ratio or pump timing, non-gated vs. gated. (I'm currently running a non-gated 12 any would really like to keep the set-up as it is). Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. You can get me here or on the 1st. gen forum.
Thanks, Jones

If you are considering the second gen motor in your ram charger? Then. .

Find a 92 or 93 model and check out it's innercooler plumbing.

I'm thinking Gale Bank Engineering sold a smaller turbo housing and an innercooler to upgrade those 89-91 models.

Most of us feel the 2nd gen 12 valve has the superior inline P-7100 pump vs your rotary ve pump.

The 2nd gen 12 v's came with a wastegated 12cm2 housing mated to a HX35 turbo.
