Competition 12V CFM flow?

Can anyone tell me what a factory 12v head flows in CFM? A friend of mine told me tonight at work that a guy he knows started with a blank piece of cast and milled his own 12v head for his alchy 5. 9 cummins (tractor) engine.

My engine data sheet for cpl 2023 which is 215 96' says the exhaust gas flow at advertised power 1612 cfm at 2600 rpm.
