Turbo Huffing?

In the third video (link below), is the noise the puller making the hufing sound of boost going the wrong way through the turbo? Just wondering.

Jeff is running the boxed tubing, that is where i got all the specs for building mine, works great, and sounds awesome... . to bad though, Jeff blew the D70 up, a wheel bearing killed itself, including the tube housing. so if you have a d70 laying around that needs a home, i know Jeff is looking for one.
