Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 12v rebuild

I just picked up a 12v engine I basically bought it for the p7100 but got the rest of it. Three of the cylinders are scored pretty bad, I think it cam out of a 95 dodge can the block be sleeved? If so do they press out or is it a machine shop job? I have good block out of a 92 12v so if it will work I might just use it.

These do not have liners but they can be machined to accept a sleeve if the damage is beyond a normal bore size or if needing to repair one or more cylinders and stay standard size.
