Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 12V Timing in NW Oregon

Does anybody know where I can have my timing bumped up in the NW oregon area, preferably the Salem Area.



I have asked around at all of the obvious places and they look at me like I am goofy. I've had guys say they can work with the timing, but not very precisely. I would like to have it bumped from stock (Approximately 13. 5) to 16.



Also, what should I expect to pay?
