How are the new projector headlights? They didn't come with HID did they?

Not HID but not bad

They're bi-halogen projectors for the low beams. Regular halogens for the high beams. Work really well.

Thanks fellas, I'm keeping track of all the ya & na's with the latest round of Ram's. I was wondering if they(Ram/Mopar) finally got the headlights output right. In my opinion they should have gone the extra step and added HID for better light output, and one would expect that for what the trucks now cost.

I am very happy with the lights compared to my 06. The lows are fine but I find them disappointing ONLY when switching from high. The highs can light up a whole football game by themselves.

Its good to hear the headlights seem to work well, I'm finding it harder to stay away from the dealer & driving a new truck. If I do drive one, it will be going home with me. I'm going to try and wait a few months and let the new truck bugs get worked out. Thanks fellas
