Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 14 cm hsg?????

Is there anyway to tell if you have a 14 cm non-wastegated turbo housing on the motor???????

Numbers or something??????/

Well... . I guess the first thing that would give it away... . is the lack of a wastegate. Other than that I do not know of any casting numbers that will tell you.

Whip out the metric tape measure?

Look into the throat of the housing(input side) the numbers cast in there are the size. I. E. 12,14,16 cm2. If it has been modified(quick spooled)then it could be a little bigger than the number. please correct me if I'm wrong
