yesterday i tapped the pump wire, and i increased fuel pressure to 18lbs from 10. Today i dyno'd at the Fawl Brawl. I was hoping to get 480-500hp and 950-1000tq.

well i got 562hp and 1129tq. I did not expect to see those #s. I ran the COMP on 5x4 on all three runs. my lowest hp was 558 and lowest tq was 1121. I was very surprised, but by no means disappointed;)

next weekend i am gonna run it at the diesel drags at MasonDixon Dragway near Hagerstown. I am hoping to be in the 13's with it.

There sure were a lot of nice trucks at the Fawl Brawl. I had to leave early so i missed all the afternoon action.

i tapped the injection pump wire. i waited until my warranty was out so nothing was voided. I could only use the first 2 settings on the Comp before - now i can use all 5

the MACH 4s are 150 hp.

back in the spring i had 412hp and 862 tq at the Spring Fling. I had the MACH 4s and PS62 on when i dyno'd then and the comp was set at 2x5.

Believe me i was totally shocked by the numbers too. I have to imagine the increase in fuel pressure had to have helped a lot. I should have ran the 2x5 setting again yesterday to see what numbers i had.

i doubt i will be doing anymore hp/torque mods to the truck. I think i better "beef" it up with some head studs and maybe a billet shaft or two before something breaks.

so, when Spring Fling rolls around i will dyno it on 2x5 and see if i picked up some hp/tq from the FASS spring - it may have been running short on fuel before?

or maybe it was the can of raw spinach i opened up and poured inside the valve cover at my last oil change:rolleyes:

ps.

there was a truck at the Fall Brawl that dyno'd at 636hp and it had Mach 6 injectors = 74 hp more than my #s. Mach 6 is a 70 hp increase over the Mach 4. Pretty much the same setup - unless his signiture is not accurate - except he is running twin turbos.

Nice numbers man!

I was pleasantly surprised as well. I dyno'd Sunday and put down one @518/1008 and another @ 516/1016. Those runs were 6x5. Also did one run on 4x1 which is my normal drive around setting and that one was 485/946
