14cm wastagted or 16 cm non wastgated?

I am eventually going to install DD3's and a PE/EZ box in my ETH. Which turbine housing should I go with to keep EGT down and still have some low end. The 14cm wastgated or the 16cm nonwastgated housing?

I think the 16 would be the best for all around.
