1500 '00 ram with P1740 error code?

My wife has a Ram 1500 and today the check engine light came on. I learned how to check the error codes (thanks to TDR members) by turning the ignition on and off quickly three times. The error code is P 1740. Any idea what P1740 means? Oxygen sensor?
