149 k. 1999 Should I get this done? Any improvements in the running of your Cummins ? How much did it cost to have the valve lash adjusted ? Anything else you can tell me Thanks

As far as the engine's concerned, 150K on your Cummins is probably equivalent to 20K on a gasser. Kinda like dog years/human years.
Seriously, though, nothing outstanding about 150K miles beyond normal routine maintenance.

I would at least check adjustment on the valves. If you are going to have to pay someone to do it, I'd expect to pay between $100 and $150.
