They NEVER use used parts. Remanufactured, but never used. DC pays 40% markup on new and reman parts, so the dealer is going to use as many parts as he can get away with on a warranty repair.

exactly. I seriously doubt they would pass off my now used, repaired transmission as a new one for a warranty repair. True they may sell it as a reman.
