I check for codes In my truck every so often and today I found that I had

1693 and p0234 in it. I have neve had this happen before . I had a comp but I sent It back ran it about two weeks with out the wire tapped. Had no codes

when I sent it back . The only thing on my truck know is a K&N drop in and

60hp jammer nozzles. I do have one of the boost elbows that they send with

the ez or the comp in it though. I can see around 28 pounds of boost. Is this code anyhting to worry about????? Should I try to find an old stock boost elbow???

P0234

Turbo Boost Limit Exceeded

With the Edge removed you no longer have a boost fouler. Yes if you remove the boost elbow and go back to stock you will be ok. Or you can go to a adjustable one and set it around 20PSI max.

I have a Van Aaken smart box coming this should do the boost fooling I think.

I have had the boost elbow for along time before the comp and never set a code but I

ran it preety good today before I checked the codes tacked it preety high not to 3000

or nothing but harder than normal. Would I be better off to leave it in with the van Aaken of is this actualy hurting something??

Thanks for the help

I'm not familiar with the Van Akin boxs, so I don't know if they provide a boost fouler. I don't think there should be a problem if you leave it in for a while until you get the new box. Just watch your boost levels.
