2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 16x8 wheels

Real quick question here. Will 16x8 wheels with a -4mm offset and 4 1/4 backspace fit my 01 2500 2wd??? Thanks in advance!!!

You'll have issues in the front if you try to run a larger tire.

I had to use '01 factory 16x8's with 6. 25 backspacing to get 285's to fit mine without rubbing.
