I remember looking for this myself a while back and have seen others looking. Laying a straight edge across the wheel- 6. 25" to wms. Had considered aftermarket wheels but wanted to keep the 315's with stock susp- hate to mess with my tow rig. Be nice when the aftermarket guys getfactory BS- anyone know the BS on the Alcoa 19. 5's??

did you measure that 6. 25" with the straight edge on the weight lip? or just inside the lip? man, that is a lot of backspacing... it's gonna make getting 20x10 wheels hard to find with the right backspacing [needs like 7. 5" - 8" to keep under the fenders] hmm... even the avalable 18x9" wheels only have 5" backspacing and most 17" are 4 5/8" - 5". man, the wallet will hurt after getting wheels. . looks like foose or boyd coddingtons will be the only options [custom backspacing avalable from them and a few others... ]

Boyd Coddington will come close but I think 5. 75" or so is max for them. Dodge did a nice one on us starting 2000 with high offset wheels. I've emailed others like Centerline and they talk like no chance of going deeper than 4. 5-5" Weld supposedly will deepen some of their wheels though.

I measured 6. 0" backspace on my 2001 aluminum wheels measuring from the back edge (not the lip) to the mount pad. Offset I am told is +40mm.

I really want to go 18" on my 2-wheel drive with a set of 285/60/18.
