17x8 aluminum wheels

I was wondering where I could find a set of 17x8 aluminum wheels where I can put the ram covers back on. I would prefer a good company and someone with a warranty.

I have been eyeballing Weld's Renegade series wheel in the 18" size... Sure would look cool with some 285's on there, maybe with a 70 or 65 series tire. I can imagine it will be pricey though...

Evan, I have been doing the same. I've done some research into tires/wheels in 18", email me if you're interested. The closest size to maintaining your speedo is 285/60/18, which is 31. 4" diameter, stock is 31. 7". The F1 Renegades in 18x18. 5 are $395 from Weld, Summit may have them for less.

The 5 tire brands available in 285/60/18" are Michelin Pilot, Pirelli Scorpio Zero, Bridgestone HP, Bridgestone HTS, and Falken has one also with a high UTG rating of 420. The others are UTG 300. All tires except Michelin (2500lb) have a 2750lb per tire rating which would be adequate for 2-wheel drives #ad

Jacob, they will fit perfectly on Eagle's 17x8 wheels because I tried it recently. Looked #ad
I'm sure they will fit on Mickey Thompson's Classic and Classic 2 wheels as well.

Before you jump to 17's be sure you can get a load range E. I don't think they come in 17's.

There are a number of load range D in 17"
I looked seriously at 17" but a major downside is only one size readily available, which is 265/70/17" I want to go to 285s, no such thing in 17"
