It is in the fuel and the "HOW MUCH WHEN" equation, the GSK and plate profile are both heavy hitters in that formula.

Thanks for the offers--sure is easy to get rid of a #4! :p

Gimme another couple of shots at the GSK before I trade out of the plate. ;)

370's and oem HX35

Not without some serious heat when you put the foot down. I have a 16cm housing to slap on. Just haven't gotten to the slapping.

I'll put a Dodgezilla on it when I get serious.

Wade,

The 16cm² turbine housing isn't going to do much for EGT's.

About all it'll does is increase lag and slightly increase the amount of time it takes to get to the same max EGT you had before the bigger housing.

I bought a bigger housing hoping that my EGT's would go down... . NOT!

Matt

The water dropped it a heck of a lot more than the housing... . right?

Or was the housing and the water injection installed at the same time?

Matt

Okay I cranked the springs in a whole turn. TOO much. I backed them off 1/2 turn. Still too much but not as likely to stall. Mark Chapple did not call me back. Jeff Garmon is getting weary of my calls. Joe D is a 215 man. Piers is too busy to take a call. What is Don Morrison's number?

Anybody know how to make a 160 run smooth with 370's?

My 160 pump never did run smooth with the 370's... .

The fill-time of the cam inside the P-7100 on the 160's is pretty lame compared to the other CPL's. This probably has a lot to do with it. All the different bigger DV's I tried only made it worse... .

Dad's 180 pump is smooth as glass with the 370's... . figures.

Matt

Okay--looser springs help a bunch. Still not right.

Originally installed GSK per TST instructions. Now have springs 1/4 turn looser than that--for anybody battling the same issue.

LP cheaper than p7100

LIFT PUMP

Dang near took 95% of the huck-a-buck at lockup out of my daily driving experience. Pressures appeared "okay", but on the advice of Mr. Garmon, I put a new LP on and it's WAY MORE BETTER.

215 pump should be here TODAY.

I found some 215's. PM if interested.
